Olemme rakentaneet edellä mainitut uudet pihaehostukset Helsingin yliopistosta ponkaisseen yhdistyksen voimin. Tavoitteenamme on parantaa pihan luonnonrikkautta kaupungeissa. Mörrintuvan työllä toivomme parantavamme lasten ja aikuisten terveyttä, ja tarjota monenlaista luontoaiheista virikettä. Haasteensa Mörrintuvalle antaa se; että hiekan, bunkkerin ja kallion takia, vesi valuu tontilta pysähtymättä juuri lainkaan, vieden mukanaan hiekkaa mennessään. Eli osan vedestä hidas
